On 1 July, The President Mr Richard Cheng attended the cocktail reception celebrating the return of Hong Kong as a member of the Election Committee for the Textiles and Garment sector. The Chief Executive of the HKSAR, Mr John Lee was present and delivered a speech. Election Committee members from the textiles and garment industry, together with representatives from various sectors of the community, witnessed this significant occasion together.
