Textile Full Chain · Weaving the Future – Deepening Greater Bay Area Collaboration and Jointly Expanding International Market

Organized by the Bureau of Foreign Trade Development of the Ministry of Commerce, and co-organized by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles and the Hong Kong Textile Council, the “Greater Bay Area Textile Industry Trade Matching Event” was successfully held in Shenzhen on July 28. The event brought together over 60 quality enterprises across the industry chain and more than 200 professional buyers from Hong Kong and the mainland. Chairman Cheng Man-tak personally led the Chamber’s delegation to the event and also served as a speaker, sharing experiences on going global.

Deputy Director General Zeng Huacheng of the Bureau of Foreign Trade Development of the Ministry of Commerce and Dr. Bernard Chan Pak-li, JP, Under Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development of the Hong Kong SAR Government, delivered speeches respectively, sharing insights on deepening economic and trade cooperation between the mainland and Hong Kong, as well as promoting the high-quality development of the textile and garment industry in the Greater Bay Area.
