Hangzhou Digital Fashion Study Tour

The Federation of Hong Kong Garment Manufacturers organized a three-day, two-night Hangzhou/Ningbo Study Tour from 5th to 7th November 2025. Nearly thirty industry leaders, along with students from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the VTC Youth College, visited the core scenes of smart factories to understand how to achieve efficient operations. They are also connected with high-quality enterprise resources, engaging in dialogues with corporate teams specializing in automation equipment and industrial AI algorithms. This allowed participants to grasp the core applications of AI in the industrial sector, identify innovative opportunities for corporate digital transformation, and explore the limitless possibilities of smart production!

The study tour was hosted by the China National Apparel Technology & Innovation Institute, co-organized by The Greater Bay Area International Education Exchange Association, Ningbo Garment Association and Hangzhou Linping District Garment Industry Association. Supporting organizations included Hong Kong Textile Council, Hong Kong Federation of Industries (Garment, Textile, and Related Industries), Hong Kong Asia Youth Association, and The P. Elites Association

During the short three-day itinerary, the study tour visited the China Apparel Technology Innovation Institute in Hangzhou and AI-leading enterprises such as Boke Technology, Perficient Technology, Jack Technology, Aitu Lingdi Technology, Style 3D, Yangtze River Delta (Hangzhou) Manufacturing Digitalization Capital Center.

The group also traveled to Ningbo to visit Youngor Fashion Co Ltd, Peacebird, Superme Smart Factory, Supor Smart Manufacturing Factory, and Consinee Group. This trip not only benefited the industry but also fostered exchanges and cooperation among the three regions, which is highly significant for the future development of the sector.
