President Mr Richard Cheng attended the Two Sessions Sharing session 15th Five Year Plan Sharing held by Hong Kong Small and Medium Enterprises Association on 10 April 2026., exchanged views with business leaders on the direction of national development and learned about the development opportunities that the 15th Five-Year Plan brings to Hong Kong SMEs.
